Golf Cart Functionality, Live Scheduling and No-Show Policy, and Weather

Golf Cart Updates

This week, Wolfpack Pick Up has all three golf carts at full functioning capability. After weeks of maintenance issues, our team is back and running at full capacity. Riders who experience any delays or cancellations without proper reasoning may reach out to us at wolfpackpickup@ncsu.edu

Live Scheduling

This week, the Wolfpack Pick Up team has initiated live scheduling in an effort to streamline our service for students. Riders must now schedule rides every two weeks and must cancel at least three hours before pick up. Our drivers will receive notifications on a live scheduling page to confirm your cancellation.

No-Show Policy

Students who do not show up for their ride will now be notified and logged from Wolfpack Pick Up. Our new live scheduling allows no-show appointments to be tallied, and more than five no-shows will result in a temporary probation from our service. Weather

As we venture further into autumn, our weather is beginning to cool down significantly. Please prepare yourself by dressing warmly, especially in the morning and evening hours of operation. Our carts will be receiving new weather covers in the next few weeks to assist in keeping you warm and dry on your commutes across campus.
