How to Change/Cancel a Ride

1. Locate your confirmation email from wolfpackpickup@ncsu.edu.
2. Click the button “cancel” or “change.” See example below.
3. Confirm your cancellation or change your ride details.
4. Check your email account for a cancellation/new confirmation.
