- Be on time and at your designated pick up location (if we need to make any changes to your pick up location, you will be notified).
- Drivers will not wait more than 2 minutes for you at the pick up location (if you are not there, the driver will call your cell phone number).
- This service is not available to friends of a disabled student who travel to class together.
- Three or more no-shows will result in a temporary ban from the program.
- Failure to adhere to the changes/cancellations guidelines will result in a temporary ban from the program.
